EHNT Ltd is an independent merchant services consultancy. We help UK businesses assess their payment setup and connect them with appropriate payment providers.

Our relationship with payment providers

EHNT Ltd is an independent merchant services consultancy. We assess your payment setup and, where appropriate, connect you with independent consultants who hold working relationships with payment providers. Those consultants act as the introducers between you and the relevant payment provider. EHNT Ltd is not employed by, partnered with, or acting as agent for any payment provider.

Where a referral is made to SumUp Payments Limited, this is facilitated through our consultants who hold independent working relationships with SumUp. EHNT Ltd is not SumUp and has no direct commercial agreement with SumUp Payments Limited. For other payment providers, introductions may be made directly by EHNT Ltd or through our consultants depending on the arrangement in place at the time.

Any agreement for payment services you enter into will be directly between you and the payment provider. EHNT Ltd is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the provider's services, pricing, terms, or performance.

SumUp Payments Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as an e-money institution (FCA reference: 900700). EHNT Ltd and its consultants introduce merchants to payment providers but do not provide regulated financial services.
